What Should I Expect from a First Session?
After contacting me to schedule your first session, I will send you some brief intake forms. At our first session we will get to know one another a little bit, talk about confidentiality and the counselling process, discuss what you hope to gain from counselling, and begin to plan a way forward.
What is Your Cancelation Policy?
Please notify me at least 24 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or reschedule your planned session. A missed or canceled session with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $40 cancelation fee.
What if I Need Immediate Support?
